Description of the Bug:
I made this post about the a321 NEO after it got updated with the new liveries. Today the A320 NEO received the same updated livery and suffers from the same issue. After the livery changes to the a320 Neo family the engine fan and textures are stuck in low resolution even on the highest graphic setting. This appears to only impact player liveries and not airline liveries. Might be an issue with the new livery system. You can clearly see the difference in the screenshots below.
Steps to Reproduce:
Purchase any fleet a320 / a321 NEO

I have attached a comparison between a fleet a320 NEO and contract a320 NEO to show the difference in the textures. Both images taken on high graphic settings.
Additional Notes:
Issue still persists with a321 NEO too. It also seems to impact the fuselage textures they seem lower resolution but it is harder to see then the engine.
