Description of the Bug:
I completed Level 68 in Bangkok. I should now receive the A321 in snow white for all airports (not just Bangkok). However, I still need to unlock the aircraft in the hangar for Wollars and gold. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Before posting, please make sure the bug hasn’t already been reported by someone else.
That reward just means you get one aircraft, which you can claim at any airport. It doesn’t unlock the aircraft type for further purchases, you still need to do that with gold coins.
The aircraft is available in the My Fleet > Offers menu, from where you can claim it once at an airport of your choice. Note that once you do that, you can’t transfer it to another airport.
Thank you for your prompt reply and clear explanation. I think in earlier versions, the aircraft were permanently unlocked 
I don’t think that’s ever been the case, unfortunately. Liveries are permanently unlocked though, maybe that’s what you were thinking of.
