Description of the Bug:
After the livery changes to the a321 Neo family the engine fan and textures are stuck in low resolution even on the highest graphic setting. This appears to only impact player liveries and not airline liveries.
Steps to Reproduce:
Apply a player livery to a fleet a321 NX or NY

Comparison between a320 NEO and a321 NEO both on High graphic settings
