I have played WOA for a while, but there are some airlines I haven’t seen in the game:
Like TAM and TACA airways in Brazil, Oneworld airlines that has flights to Pyongyang. Also the Koroyo airlines in Korea.
Are those airlines I mentioned in the game or only could be seen in events?

You can check is airline in game using woapedia 
And if you are talking about Air Koryo then it won’t be in game probably caused of no russian planes in game…
Probably also N. Korea locked borders won’t support adding this airline to game even more

Airlines from countries with (what I call) politically difficult intentions will not be added. But please don’t start a discussion there (again).
So far, only airlines that make sense for existing WOA airports have been integrated. As soon as an airport in South America is integrated, you can also count on airlines based there.
