My son of 11 has autism and plays WOA since a while. I already bought quite some planes etc.. Suddenly all his airports and planes are missing. I don’t know anything about the game but he is very sad now. How can I help him? What can I do?

He most likely just got logged out of Google Play/Apple Game Center, which can happen from time to time, especially after an update. Follow this guide to log in again:

I bought a lot of packs, can I restore them? That is the most important for him. I have all screenshots of payments.

Either write an email to support@flyboys.games or create a Support&Help > Bug report post to request help. Be sure to include as many details as you can, mainly your player ID (Google Play account name).
