But I’m afraid in your case it’s caused by the device - 2 GB RAM isn’t enough for the larger airports like BKK or IAD.

Jeez, I thought my 4GB RAM phone was bad… but this is even worse. I hate to break it to you but I emailed the devs about it and they said 3GB of RAM is the minimum to run the game at pretty graphics, otherwise you will have to switch to fast. Luckily I was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game but I’m not sure it will help in your case.
