[ATC] - Slower Plane pushback process w/ additional crew walking alongside plane

:bullseye: What is your suggestion?
When planes are pushed back out of their stands, they move too fast - unnaturally, and unrealistic. And the part when they perform 90 degree turns - it sickens me just to watch a plane being pushed back.

What I am suggesting is that the plane is pushed back slowly, usually with additional personel walking alongside it, then a short delay to signal the starting of the engines and the tug detaching.

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?

It’s simple if you think about it, really. Upon the pushback command being initiated, the plane would move slower, and the personnel that stand at the edges of the wings would, when the plane reaches the halfway point of the pushback, one would move towards the cockpit, waving a flag, and the other would go back with the rest of the crew to the car, or walk in front of the closest engine (more common in larger aircraft). It’s hard to understand, but simple once properly understood.
:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
Having planes push back more slowly and methodically brings a level of realism not seen before, and also prevents the rush of planes racing to get to their runway when given the pushback command.
