Bari - Prague S - arrival slot - not working

Hi, having hit 10 S arrivals from Prague at BARI, it will not allow me to upgrade to 2 arrival slots ?

common bug ?

I have to admin i am not catching what the problem is - can you provide some screens of that issue so i can see what the problem is ?

hi, i tried again, my S planes went from 10/10 to 9/10, another landed, i dealt with , it departed, then the issue was fixed … strange, but all ok now
