Bug on my father's account every time he opens the game

All airports he has: INN, SXM, BRI

Description of the Bug:
Every time he opens the game, he can open an airport but two secons later, the game crashes. It does it sinds three days ago.

It’s still there, can somebody help me? Had any one the same problem before? If yes, what did you do to fix it?

All I can reccomend is lowering the graphics, maybe checking if the system is up to date? How old is the iPad?

Assuming you are logged into an account, you could try deleting and redownloading the game. Only do this if you haven’t tried turning graphics down

We’ve already deleted the game without success, but we’ll try again as mentioned in my previous comment. Thank you for your help.
