It’s very simple: just set the lens to camera view (the bottom one), then use two fingers to swipe up or down on the screen to adjust the angle.

That’s the default angle of freecam. Swipe with two fingers to adjust it.
Tap the 2square buttom left of the camera function button, then tap any airplane of your choosing anf then tap the eye button on the plane and then tap the camera function of that.
