I’m betting it’s just the internet being slow in your area, I don’t know what it’s like over in China for you
Mine does that occasionally so I close it out then restart the game and it opens correctly afterwards I have no clue what causes it.

I recommend using Facebook or Instagram for a direct message
Here’s what I do in detail: go to home, hit recent key (clear all) then I restart the game and the only other thing I can think of is that your not signed in on a network especially public WiFi.
