For here, i think there should be cross connection on one account, like saving your data from ios to android, maybe try to do this with facebook or the WoA accounts from here to allow cross platform saving.
My understanding is the way the data is stored doesn’t allow for this. So you are either IOS or android you can’t switch one database to the other
