Din't get rewards after handle other player's planes

So many times I din’t get the rewards after handle other player’s planes. This is very boring. Anyone had this issue or know why this happens?

Are they an official connection or just random player planes that turn up.
Only ones that you have an official connection with count towards the rewards.

Yeah, I,m talking about the money, the points and keys that appears on top of the airplane, after I had handled it and pressing the take off buttom. It simply starts the pushback without earn the rewards. It often happens with random players. I don’t remember that it happens with connection players.
