Bug Report Template – Error 500 on Account (Adriano Airlines)

Airport: Any airport – the error occurs before the game loads

Description of the Bug:
Since December 1st, I have been unable to access my account “Adriano Airlines.”
I always get “Error 500”, and the game does not load at all.
I expected the game to open normally, but Error 500 appears every time.
This seems to be a server-side issue with my account, because other players can log in normally.

Yes, the issue happens every time.
1. Open the game
2. Try to load the “Adriano Airlines” account
3. Game stops loading and shows Error 500

I have been unable to access the game for 4 days (December 1st to 4th).
I contacted support by email and was told to:
change internet connection
try mobile data
clear cache and data
reinstall the game
I tried all of these, but nothing worked.
Because of this, I believe the problem is on the server, specificall
y with my account.
