You can’t, it’s a cost of flying the plane. So it will always be negative. You get positive from generics and connections because they are effectively using your services to do so. It’s not a changeable item I’m afraid, the only time it varies is based on destination you send it to.
You are giving your own money to your own plane and losing money.
