I recommend taking a look at ‘Aircraft Data’ sheet in this Google Sheet file:
There you can check which models give the best XP per 10 flights contract.
To simplify, I’d recommend you to prioritize A21NY model for pax, for cargo I’d choose C30J or A321F (not preferred as it will exit the runway much later on), and for D size I’d go for C17 cargo model. One way or the other, focus on C pax planes as those are the most numerous at INN.
