Hey all I’ve been trying to reach WoA support via email and tickets - as my son’s data completely wiped when he lost his device and reinstalled. We need them to transfer the old player account with the new as you cannot link the account to Google play when the account is managed by Google Family Link. They have not responded/acknowledged the support requests, emails or tickets for a few weeks.
Can anyone advise if they have heard from the support/Dev team in past couple of weeks??! Or better way to reach them? My son really upset he’s lost all his stored data!

In three weeks and nothing. Also raised tickets and no response.
The article is great and known issue - but unfortunately when an account is not directly linked to a Google account but managed by by a Google family link accoutn it doesn’t work as the Google family link master email is the purchasing account linked to Google play, whilst the kids device is on their own associated email…. Weird I know
