Livery Details
This was the newest livery that Garuda’s B742 fleet wore and was the livery designed Landor associates. This brought the color blue and introduced the Garuda logo, the mythical bird after which the airline is named after. This livery was worn from the mid 80s until the modern livery seen from 2009.

Why should this livery be added?
Would add some nice history to Garuda as an airline and would be period accurate for the eventual Kai Tak airport as the first picture is on approach into Kai Tak
