Why should this airline be added?
I’d say this airline should be added as it had quite the history, serving as the largest private airline of Bangladesh prior to it ceasing operations, along with a notable selection of aircraft types, such as the B743 and DH8A/DH8C, and has a nice set of liveries - as a matter of fact, I really like their last, modern livery. (though the older liveries are also solid lol)
Besides adding to somewhat niche aircraft types, it would also add for more content for players to see at their airports, specifically Asian airports such as Bangkok, Hong Kong and Kannur. Since the airline operated past 2010, it should be able to be represented in-game as a map contract operator.Now, on the topic of Bangkok, the airline did run scheduled services to the airport prior to closing; usually serviced by their MD-80s with B763s on a few occasions. Nonetheless though, all of their aircraft should have the range to serve Bangkok, which would leave none out. As for their longer-range aircraft, of course the B743s and B763s, they would be capable of serving other airports in the region, such as MCT, HKG, and possibly others such as European airports or SYD.
Keep in mind though that all their 747s were removed from the airline’s service by the summer of 2008, so they’d likely fall a bit short of the “2010s rule”. All other aircraft types had at least one example operating past 2010, so they could appear as normal contract aircraft.So, in summary, I believe this airline should be added because it’d add more variety and content for lesser-used, niche aircraft types (see B743 and DH8A/DH8C), and because it has a nice selection of aircraft types - most of which can be added as normal contracts, with the B743s being a nice bonus, even if they’re just event only. It would also allow players to have more variety at their airports, especially those found in the Asian regions. Their liveries, especially their last, modern one, are also interesting and very unique, and I definitely think that it’d be great to see them represented in-game.
