The handler keeps signaling and won’t stop. Can’t start the handling proces.

I had it on one of my UPS MD-11’s at HKG a day or so ago. It went after resetting the airport but he doesn’t stop his dancing

This bug has been present since version 3.2.0

It happens quite often when the airport is crowded with airplanes, and have the re-enter the airport to get that bugged airplane handled..

That happened to me once at HKG as well, an A321 from Hong Kong Airlines parking into the T2 gates also met such issue.
Seems the problem is the plane did not correctly proceed into the chock phase and stuck there.
