Help. Earning error making no moeny at takeoff

I am making no money after takeoff for planes of other players. I’m in Bari and have missed out on two Large A350 that were player aircraft after rake off. Both served on time and with 900 coin each.

It’s very strange that the Fuel charge for the plane was 0. Has the plane been on the stand for over a month (since before one of the last major updates) ?
