I just unlocked BKK and has an initial money of 400K. How should I spend it effectively.

buy a couple of stands for C planes and many stands as a gates for now. This way you get loads of crew and contract space for very cheap, so you can handle more planes at ones. And increase stand sizes to c and up as needed. Also don’t forget about vehicles ofc to handle your planes

I would start with the satellite terminal and after start slowly but surely unlocking parts of the main terminal building. Here is a chart with which stands use which runway to land. You can unlock it based on those colors for optimum runway use.
