Bug Reports & Feature Requests — What We Need From You:
Whether you’re reporting a bug or proposing a new feature, the more detailed your input is, the faster and more accurately we can respond . Here’s why:
We don’t have a large QA team that can investigate every vague screenshot or half-written message.
A bug with no steps to reproduce or a feature idea with no context is often impossible to act on.
Every ticket or forum post that lacks key details adds hours or even days to our response and development time.
What to Include:
If you’re reporting an issue or suggesting a new feature, please include:
Device type and OS version
Game version
Player ID (especially for bugs)
Exact description of the issue or idea
When and where it happens (airport, aircraft, game mode, etc.)
Screenshots or video (if relevant) — but always with context!
A Quick Note on Throwing Screenshots Without Explanation:
Screenshots can be helpful — but only when they support a well-written report .
If someone just posts an image with no context or throws in a vague sentence like “Fix this,” I will not have mercy. That’s not how we move forward.
We respect your time — please respect ours in return.
The Bottom Line:
We want to fix issues and bring in great features just as much as you do — but we need clear, usable information to do that.

I have an idea: since we have make sure the bug hasn’t already been reported by someone else, before posting, so we have to look at a lot of entries at the forum and read them.
Maybe it´s possible to create subcategories within the category Bug report in the forum, like Airports, Gameplay, Airplanes, Liveries, and maybe more….. It would be easier for us to check existing reports of Bugs.
Feedback on bugs does require setting some direction settings. Clearly visible.It also facilitates official correction and inspection. solve.
Can the review of posts for bug feedback be handed over to machine code review in the absence of the administrator, as it is impossible for players worldwide to submit at the same time.
Another thing I think is worth addressing is the fact that Bug Reports currently have two locations on the forums and its somewhat ambiguous if you’re not a forum regular. I believe the old location is New Bugs & Technical Issues > Bug Reports whereas the correct location is Support&Help > Bug report which automatically imposes the bug report template on you. However, both locations are still actively receiving reports.
Perhaps for the moderators (@carlsberg72@ukplanespotter757) if you could shed some light on this. I can imagine that for devs its annoying to need to look at two places, and for users its confusing as well.
As far as I’m aware, the latter is the intended bug report channel as that was made at the same time as all the suggestion channels. I did have a look at closing the old area back then, but I couldn’t find any option to do it (I’m assuming it’s something only admins have the power to do) so it’s just stuck around.
