How do I get Qantas planes?

My friend has Qantas planes arriving at Washington Airport, but I do not at San Diego. In real life Qantas does not fly to Washington, so how do I get some Qantas planes flying into San Diego?

You have to unlock a destination slot.

Scroll down and you can get it. I also don’t know because I still didn’t unlock SAN.
