I can't get into World of Airports. Please help I want to play

So as I said I somehow suddenly can’t join WoA and I don’t really know why. So I only deleted the game and reinstalled it and then this message came:

I also tried deleting and reinstalling but it didn’t help. I want to play so badly but I can’t. Additionally I tried freeing up the cache but it also didn’t fix it. I hope I can play WoA again.

Can somebody help me please

And somehow I also get planes in the game even though I am not in the game. Please help me I want to play.
