This is my first time playing this game, but for some reason my account shows that it has been banned. I have already submitted an appeal to the official game support, and three days have passed, but my account still hasn’t been unbanned. I really want to play this game urgently. Can anyone help me?
I think it’ll just take a week or two for support to get back to you. In the meantime you could maybe use a different account?
