Just started IAD and I notice that planes connected to Jetbridges still require a bus to load/unload passengers. Is this a bug?
No this is intentional. You don’t assign it a bus but the crew needed to operate the jetbridge
Thanks, that makes sense. I guess I didn’t notice that on previous levels. I also just noticed that the same airplane model has a lower boarding time when using a jetbridge vs a bus (plane stand), so at least the jetbridge benefit is modeled.
