IAD suddenly starts freezing. Parts of Menu missing

Hi everyone. I have a problem with IAD: it is completely blocked for several days (exactly as seen in the photo of the other users). How can I solve it?

@Alessio I think admins said its a database issue, nothing you can do about it, though devs can fix it remotely.
@shill could you help?
