Why can’t I send a B77L from IAD to SYD? According to the parameters it should be able to handle it, but the route is not profitable, why is this route only possible with Airbus, which have worse parameters?
Because it’s not profitable based on the seating arrangement vs demand, so the game won’t allow you to make a route that’s negative cash flow.

The B77L is a plane literally made for this route, why are the game parameters set so that it can’t handle it when they’re already pushing for realism (PRG second runway)?

Yeah I agree. And it’s inconsistent economy with every plane. Some make more money per mile all the way up to their maximum range, and some have a sharp drop-off. They said they’re completely re-working the economies so hopefully that will fix it, but I think that’s not for a while.
