Ipad and iphone freeze in loading screen

Hi this is Jonathan from Hong Kong, im a new IOS player. I currently have an issue with freeze loading screen on both of my device. I tried most of the suggested solution by you guys, eg. reinstall game, log out/in game center, even updating ios, it still didnt work.

I found the problem is with my account, because once I logout my game center I can start a new game. I don’t know what happen with my account, as I check the achievements are all still listed, who can I contact with, because I cant see any support email service :face_with_head_bandage:

Where you able to fix the issue? Because I’m facing the same situation

Try to force restart, if it doesn’t work then try some third-party softwares like joyoshare ultfix, it is a ios system repair tool, specialize in fix ios system issues.

It seems that you suffers an iOS software glitch, why not try to use an iOS fixing tool like TunesKit iOS System Recovery
