Hi.
I started a support ticket Feb 15th for the transfer of my Android account over to iOS. I received a couple replies regarding missing information of which I sent back same day. The last contact was Feb 16th and no replies since then. I updated the ticket asking if there is anything needed but still no reply. Not even, that they received or working on it. How long does it usually take for support tickets to be answered? Is anyone’s current ticket in progress within the last days?
