:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
Founded in 1998 as Japan Airlines low-cost subsidiary, the airline flew to destinations in Japan whilst also operating Wet-Lease flights for parent JAL to both Chinese, Korean and Japanese destinations. In 2005 the first MD81s joined the fleet, then in 2008 the first 737-800s arrived and in 2010 it was the first airline in Japan to have a female captain. By 2011 however, JAL decided to fold the Express brand back into the parent company which was completed by 2014, though the livery continued on into 2018 at least on some 737-800’s.

The airline had its hub at Osaka Itami, however, it operated NGO as a focus city with many of the flights conducted by the airline being to and from Nagoya which would make it a perfect candidate for another local airline.
