Long wait for help desk response?

Is anyone else experiencing long wait times (5+ days) for someone to be assigned to their support ticket? My first ticket took 5 days, and the second one (continuation of first one) is at 7 days with no assignee. Seems a bit long for someone to look into any issues? Does make me reluctant to keep spending more money buying resources if I have to be worried about responsiveness from support staff.

I was waiting for the completion of my account restore from version 1 to version 3. The original help desk person was Marek and he completed INN and BRI, but I was waiting for PRG and IAD for the Wollars and handling stands. However, my original help desk link no longer works and I started a new help desk thread to try to reach Marek. No resolution yet, other than being notified that the person could not assist with the original help desk ticket.

At this moment Marek is feeding the database with data for 3.6.0 update all the A340, also he narrow and lean the demand on A330 refunds. I will ask him as he sit just behind me if he can proceed with the recovery, its huge manual work as every single item have to be unlocked in the database.

Just checking, was Marek able to look at my account? PRG hasn’t been restored (I unlocked some stands and played briefly, but I recall it was almost fully unlocked before. Also, I’ve been playing IAD pretty frequently and have probably surpassed where I was before, but need my Wollars and golden planes compensated still..
