Description of the Bug:
I entered the game today, realizing that the game was disconnected from my google play account, so I signed back in to google play and just to find out that some of the planes I’ve unlocked becomes locked again, and that I lost all the purchased fleet.
I have the A21NY, B744 and A388 unlocked, now only A21NY is unlocked.
One thing I’m quite sure that is not because the game is not in sync with my account, since the levels of the airport remains the same.
Steps to Reproduce:
I have no idea how this even happen so not sure how to reproduce.
Definitely a strange situation… If you still need help you may want to ask at WoA official Discord server.
This looks like a classic Android entitlement sync problem, not a save corruption. Airports and levels are on the server, but unlocked planes and bought fleets are linked to your Google Play purchase receipts. If the account handshake fails, even for a short time, the game can still show “clean” entitlements while keeping progress.
Before I freak out, here are some things I would do:
Close the game completely, clear the cache (not the data), and then start it up again while you are already logged into Google Play.
If the option is there, trigger a manual restore purchases inside World of Airports.
Wait a few hours; entitlement sync can sometimes be behind login.
This is definitely a backend restore job if it doesn’t fix itself. If support sees the purchases on your account, they can reattach A388/B744. There is definitely a bug, but it can usually be fixed.

Just to confirm, by unlock, you mean by GP right?
I have restored everything, I uninstalled then reinstalled both my game and google play games, and then things came back.
