I was playing the game today and was just 2 steps below opening Washington airport, I was currently on Prague airport, and had unlocked 50+ aircraft, but now this shows 0. I also had about 177 million in the bank.
Where has my progress gone?

No guarantee he sees it here, a tag is probably actually helpful in this case. Would be different if this was in bugs

another person on this forum, and I tagged him everytime someone had this problem and got told to stop by one of the wiki-editors because they said he sees them all???
He sees everything in bug reports, it’s not a guarantee that he will see in general discussion. This is also urgent and not something that can be solved via tutorials, so in this case I think worth pinging. Definitely case by case.
It’s completely fine if someone tags me occasionally — as long as it’s not on every single post 
Whenever Kuba publishes a new DevBlog, the forum becomes extremely busy, and while trying to keep up with all the discussions, I can sometimes overlook support-related requests.
For support issues, it’s always better to open a ticket via support@flyboys.games, as that is my primary support channel and the place where I’m least likely to miss a request.
