I haven’t played WOA since 2022. A week ago I logged in using my Google play account and it reset everything back to the beginning. I can still see my unlocked achievements on my Google play store dating back to 2022. Attached is an example of some of the achievements that shows completed on my Google play store. Is there a way to restore my account? I have tried reinstalling and logging in using Google play. I was referred to the help desk to submit a request and I did so five days ago with no response or assignment of someone to look at my issue. How can I proceed to fix this issue? I spent quite a bit of money unlocking airports and purchasing items in the game and having not support for issues is concerning.

I didn’t play for some time also. All airports levels were at 0, but the ones I previously unlocked were unlocked now also. All bought planes and contracts were in a transfered tab in their section. Maybe this is with you also.

if EVERYTHING, including SP/GP and airports unlocked, got reset, that is odd. Did the helpdesk email at least autoreply with something like this?
I have an open ticket and someone answered today. It appears I was on version 1, and since I was dormant so long I missed version 2 completely and went to version 3. They are looking into the matter now. Thank you to those who replied and I hope this helps anyone else who may have left during version 1.

thats kinda cool, I doubt there are very many people who can say that they were present only during one and three, but not two.
