Bulgaria Air operated 13 Boeing 737-300s in their fleet, with this aircraft, registered LZ-BOT, entering service 3 times from April 2006 to October 2008 before being leased to Tatarstan Air up until March 2012, when it returned to Bulgaria Air till July 2013 before being leased to JAT Airways & Air Serbia, both Serbian airlines. It would return to Bulgaria Air for a second time in September 2014 and would operate regional routes in Europe up until October 2015, when it was leased to Bulgaria Air’s charter division, Bul Air, where it would withdraw from service in September 2019 at Sofia Airport.
