I was wondering something. Is there a way to turn off the marshling mini game? I like it, but most of the time I’m busy doing other things. And after you complete it, everything seems to be chaos! Just wondering if this can be turned off

Nope it can not be turned off. Way to not play it just let the plane wait for some time (shorter / longer depending on airport size) and it will park normally.

Will waiting for the plane to park normally cause back up behind said plane?
Yes remaining planes will have to wait (they will have timer started for handling when parked).
