Just opened all the connections requests threads and the share point thread, also added MCT-INN and INN-MCT options too

Enjoy everyone and happy flying, reminder do NOT open your own connection threads they WILL be deleted.

Thanks for everyone’s patience, I can now tell you the delay was due to Apple not reviewing the update until late last night early this morning
