My data has been lost...😭

I’m using translation software.

Here’s why this happened…

  1. I hadn’t linked it to Google Play Games.
  2. A new version came out, so I updated it, and there was a new option for “Existing Account” next to “PLAY,” so I tried pressing that.
  3. However, because I wasn’t logged in, an error occurred, and just when I thought it would go back to normal, the game froze.
  4. So I closed the app and launched it again, all my data had been wiped and it had been reset.

I have some screenshots I saved from around June last year, but should I send an email to the developers?
