In the e-mail, include your in-game name/player ID and how many gold planes you’re missing and since when.
Strange, but the same problem also happened to me. Some days ago I transferred 10K Silver Planes in 10 Golden Planes, and I later realised that from these ten, only six were left. Don‘t know if it was a bug or I accidentally bought a livery for one of my planes (I‘m sure I didn’t), it wasn‘t that bad.
