New Livery designs

Good Morning from Vancouver!
I have a question about purchasing new design livery. I am currently playing Heathrow Airport and I notice the new livery is 60 gold planes (B787) ? Once I purchased the 60 gold planes, does that livery design is only available at London Heathrow.

If switched airports say San Diego will the new livery of 60 golden planes be available for used?

Liveries are available at all airports once you unlock them.

Do you know weather that applies to new colors you buy with 1 gp?

Yes, even purchased colours are available everywhere.

Luckily, the cost of unlocking everything is about +/- 10.600GP
