Eco Aviation released a new livery (sort of)
Today Eco Aviation has proposed a new livery for the public to vote on or not this is what they have proposed plus the improvements today:
Front has Edge colouring with a lighter green colour
Engine covers stays the same
Winglets stay the same
Back has been Coloured in with Edge colouring
Small light Green line added
Leaf logo stays the same
Tail has been slightly updated with Edge detailing
This has been done to move away from the Euro white design and to make it stand out from the other aircraft at airports which hopefully eventually makes it iconic here is the old one:
Today something odd has appeared on the horsepower airlines youtube, with a premier set for tomorrow at 10 am MDT, and a thumbnail of what looks to be the silhouette of a 777. Nobody knows what this could be, but it could be some big news for the airline
(I am actually going to make a video for this but I’m currently in school and can’t, so yeah, it won’t happen for another few hours)
JJet Italia has announced the retirement of its last atr42 aircraft.
This aircraft started this airline and will always have a special part in the airlines part but it just doesn’t fit JJet’s future plans.
Its a shame but the last service to Innsbruck on this aircraft will end on the last day of the month.
From all the members in JJet we would like to say thank you.
I’m postponing it to Monday, the person who helped me record forgot to send me the videos before I had to get off last night and now he isn’t sending them this morning
Today the first few planes of the LeChonk groups Sydney fleet have been spotted, an a319 (seen below) was seen landing and taxiing to a remote stand presumably for maintenance before the fleet is officially launched.
Some observant followers of the LeChonk group have noticed that the livery is the same as at the SXM hub which is an oddity considering that the group has different liveries for each hub. The CEO has explained this stating “the SXM hub is in a state of limbo right now due to its lack of profitability so for now the iconic livery is being shifted to a new hub to have life breathed into it again”
Official Argon Air News
As of today Argon Air has resumed normal operations now that the summer holiday rotation comes to a close. With time to relax and reflect there was no shortage of ideas. First from a group of enterprising employees at SXM opening over the summer with limited operations which to this day continue, with a limited expansion going into the future.
Second was a company wide survey for a new airline livery.
Moving forward the livery consists of the lower half of the aircraft stays the same color while the upper half is colored to acknowledge employee ingenuity from SXM. The Crimson Sash combines the old with new.
With the success and additional support of PRG C17s emergency relief supply runs in Europe the two additions at IAD should be a welcome relief to any urgently needed areas in North and Central Americas.
Argon Air will be soliciting contracts in the next couple of days,(once the Master Controller fires up that second brain cell).
Offers will be posted on
Connections & Co. board.
Fly Safe
Today, Horsepower Airlines has repainted one of its A318s in Sydney into a special livery, to commemorate the first A318 in Austrailia, excluding an ACJ that visited Melbourne in 2018. No other airline in Oceania has ever ordered the type before.
This aircraft wad delivered about 2 months ago as horsepower made Sydney a primary hub, and their fleet of A318 aircraft has grown from just 1 to now almost 15 as service to nearby cities picks up.
