Enable daily special arrivals for CNN (and future generic airports)

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?
All airports will be included in daily arrivals roll.

:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
All airports will have same features.

Personally, daily arrivals are sort of nice reminders for me to play an airport from time to time.

I’d love to see this, I can’t remember why unique arrivals don’t reach CNN (if I knew at any point). Thank you for bringing this to their attention.
