[Other] - Inbound planes - events

Add events to plane in flight that influence plane ETA.

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?
Occasionally plane can be delayed or speed up due to different events

  • diverting due to weather
  • delayed departure
  • positive wind
  • etc.

Add option to player influence plane by ‘calling it’ and asking if it can speed up or slow down. Slowing down can be free (plane will save fuel), speeding up can cost wollars.
Increase/decrease can be fixed, like ±5min, or in percentage of remaining time with some minimum and maximum time.

This will work best with [UI] - Inbound filter request where player can select plane in a list and get card about the plane with option to ‘Call plane’

:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
Add more dynamic to game, even more for longer sessions.

Player can influence a plane arrival a bit, fighting congestion.

’Call plane’ can maybe be used for further ‘calls’… diverting?!

Adds more option to a game.

When plane is selected in inbound list ([UI] - Inbound filter request) , card can show ETA but events that influence it

Or player can ‘Call the plane’.
