The leaving and the arriving Bae146s block each other which results into a traffic jam.
Only leaving the airport and start again eliminated that problem.

Can I offer some advice? Are they your planes or connections from another player? If they are yours maybe you could leave the plane at the gate until all the others have arrived, I use these gates for my connections and own fleet and have had the same issue till I delayed the take off. Hope this helps
