Hello, I’ve been playing PlayStation for a while now, via iPad and iPhone, and everything was going well until now. However, after the last update, I lost access on my iPad because it reset the game there, creating a new user for Game Center, and it wasn’t possible to restore the account on my iPhone. In other words, my iPhone is no longer linked to the Game Center account, and the iPad is, but it’s using a new account. I’m really enjoying PlayStation. And I’m afraid of losing everything so far. The date of the incident was March 26, 2026.

After the update, I logged in on my iPad, but there was a problem where the game wouldn’t open after a couple of attempts. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall it on the iPad, and that’s when everything started going wrong. On the iPad, it’s linked to Game Center (it created a new profile, but the account is correct), but the progress is reset. On the iPhone, it’s not linked, but the progress is much higher.
