Problems after the update with the plane timer

I’ve been having problems with this ever since the update that changed the plane timer to start when the plane arrives at the gate.
You’d think it would be easier to handle the planes without having to press the button to speed up the handling or anything after this update, but for some reason it’s only made it worse. I think it’s faster or something? I have to speed up handling for every plane and I can never get a plane out that’s not in the red for the timer. Has anyone else had this problem or am I just slow or something?

Upgrade Your tools ASAP.
M-planes have more time and are easier to handle at the start.

Exactly, some timers for handling were changed at the same time with timer back to stand.

I have more than enough to handle all my planes that I have, yet I still have this problem.
