Since there’s some cargo planes coming into Washington,players with some massive fleet will not see some of it,will we?

I was about to ask the question a bit different but targeting into the same direction 
Will there be an introduction of our own cargo-fleet with the release of cargo at IAD? If you haven’t found a solution about inter-player-cargo-traffic there could be at least the possibility to buy aircraft and send them to other airports (besides IAD, PRG, BRI & INN).

Then NGO with cargo included
Then Player-player cargo feature with achievements for the same.

Is there any timeline for the player cargo fleet?
Most of the time my cargo terminal is pretty much empty since we have to take care of our fleet first to get the normal airlines to come to our airport.
Or perhaps we can have a separate wait for landing slots,one for our own fleet,and the other for the real life airlines,since most of the time my IAD was bottlenecked by my a380 fleet A.K.A The Cash Cows🤪
