I wonder how James will get on only being able to give the post a solitary like, there’s plenty of BA there, more than 1 likes worth I’d say.

I do love that Retro A319, shame we don’t have it in game.

Well to finish off, a final couple of photos,

had a near empty plane back to Manchester.

Arrivals at MAN cause it’s a domestic flight meant we were bussed on a magical mystery tour of the airport before arriving at the specific domestic area where we proceeded to do what the BA captain told us, ‘go up the stairs and down and out of the door’. He didn’t mention the stairs being 3 storeys and leading us into the backrooms followed by 3 storeys down to a backroomsesque baggage area with one conveyor before we all stood in a comical group until I asked about where the exit is, before being pointed to a door marked ‘No staff exit’, clearly labelled obviously , whereby I went through 2 sets of hospital doors with another backrooms corridor before appearing in the Terminal 2 entry. What a surreal experience lmao. Manchester is the goat for not having a clue why you’re going where you are but appearing where you need to be. Terminal 1 could sometimes be an irl maze with I’m positive walls and doors moving on their own so I’m glad to see terminal 2 has followed in its footsteps.

Sounds like quite a journey at MAN lol, how’d you find the club suite? Surprised your flight was operated by a rolls engined aircraft rather than a GE engined one as the rolls have bunks so i’d have thought they’d be more likely to do a longer flight.

Club suite was great. Naturally I have nothing to compare it with as I’ve never done something like that before but I really enjoyed it. In regards to the RR question, no idea but I do know the last few days they’ve been throwing all sorts on that route, 777-300, A21N and A35K when it’s supposed to be a B772.

Good old MAN domestic arrivals, BA have gone from their own jet bridges at T3 to the magical mystery tour of T2, use to be the same for domestic and CTA flights arriving into T1.

You get the impression that domestic flights were very much an after thought at T2… :joy:

Flying out of Weeze, Germany today, got to see these two old decommisioned flybees.

What a sad sight. Nothing has replaced them either in the UK. Yet again we’re worse off and there’s no solution, the ballad of Blighty. Fingers crossed one day these 2 will be regular contracts in-game.

And train tickets aren’t any cheaper, coaches are like £25 just from LGW-LHR, mental.
